“Wide Awake” is Anou’s upcoming debut studio album. It is split into two volumes (8-tracks each) and is an album centered on the trilaterality and trinity of the three main modes and mediums of human sensory existence: dream life, waking life, and virtual life.

The intro (“So Much Better”) to the first volume of the album was released in November of 2025, and the first lead single (“Plastic”) is set for release in October 2026, after which there will be a single released every 6-8 weeks until the 4th single that drops with the album.

“Wide Awake” is about the ultimate rebirth and enlightenment to different layers and realities of the human condition through years of introspection and lessons of pain and heartbreak with a continuous drive towards evolution of the self and the mind - love, loss, pain, desire, transformation, the 4th industrial revolution - all entirely encapsuled within a sound resounding from a place that is always dying and rebirthing itself - Beirut.
