1. Strange Goodbyes (Album Intro) - Theme: All the different types of farewells we’re forced into within our lifetimes in this region: saying goodbye to your loved one not knowing if or when we would see them again - hoping and praying for our loved ones to make it out of here, but at the same time agonizing because we don’t really want them to leave - saying goodbye to people left behind in the mess, fearing for their safety or their demise before our return. In parallel, the theme revolves around catharsis, the burning of old lives and selves to come into a new form; reborn.

2. Radius (Title Track) - Theme: Recollecting the experience of living through an explosion that broke down a city, as many in the region have lived through: in our case in Beirut, the August 4 blast. Summoning all the power, pain, and anger that is triggered by the question “where were you when the city came down?” (which is the hook of the song). The question is meant to serve dual purposes in the chorus - 1 - to ask the listener from the opressed side to possibly relate and recall where they were when the explosion (or any other atrocity) happened and purge that memory through the healing rage and liberation of the chorus - 2- The underlying anger in the choir of the question in the chorus is directed at the West and its wars and policies that put our cities and homes in these atrocities. (knowing exactly “where they were” : at the helm and root of it all)

3. Runaway - Theme: This is an ode to whoever has been by our side during the darkness. How we escape the difficulties by just being together. Whether physical escape out of the city that is torn, or emotional escape in the comfort of being together. In duality, the theme refers to escapism. Anyone who is experiencing a polarity of selves, where one self escapes the other self: one is comforting and calm and the other is troubled and stormy - in the end, when we “run away” we take both selves - and the outcome of that escapism always includes both selves as well.

4. Waiting 4 Love - Theme: The truth of the most simplified form of any evil is a lack of love. in life. in general. Any ego, any malice, any oppression - if we truly examine the origins of it in the human (or eventually collective of humans) that embodies it, the root will more likely than not be some form of deprived love. The theme goes further to discuss the root of all our actions - wanting to love and be loved. By more people, in more ways, and higher intensities. This track discusses the awakening into that truth. The duality here is of the good and the bad -both perspectives could apply here as the addressed, both are just always “waiting for love”.

5. Otherside: Theme: The journey of peaks and troughs to make it through to an objective or a high goal - through endless mental hurdles to reach the “other side”. In parallel, track also acts as a conversation with the hypothetical person who couldn’t quite make it to their goals (yet or ever) or isn’t perhaps able to escape a harsh reality - it is the duty of those are able and aware to spread awareness on behalf of those who are not able.

6. Terminal Walls - Theme: Bittersweet feelings at the departure towards a new phase in life. Knowing you have to leave but not wanting to leave, fearing what might happen here if you do. Finally leaving, arriving at a euphoric release, but still a backdrop of jolting pain and instant longing within. The duality here is that the track simultaneously speaks from the perspective of leaving and already having left. A state of intertwined pain at the continuously revisited terminal walls of a place we love (physical terminal walls - or perhaps metaphorical terminal walls).

7. 2theTrenches - Theme: After so many emotions and a journey through time after the explosion, the slightest sound of an airplane jet (or even lightning or anything remotely triggering), brings most of us right back down to the hole. Purging this trauma and visiting this idea with the anger and awareness of how easily we are held in the grip of the manipulators and their mechanisms of inflicting psychological control. This track is about ASD and PTSD and immersing and then emancipating ourselves of them; although only momentarily. The duality of themes here is in the discussion of all trauma, as we move further out of the trauma of the oppressed, into the global personal traumas of the individual - and the triggers that lie, therein.

8. Dark Clouds (Album Outro) - Theme: After all is said and done, we must acknowledge that life is simply endless interconnected lines of intense highs and lows, and the bulk of living it lies in transit between the two., Hard times (dark clouds) will always come back. The difference is in the lessons learned and the peace of mind achieved in between them. The duality here lies in between the oppressed looking back and ahead on hard times past and future, to make some sort of peace - and the general universal individual doing the same, but in a more privileged sense.
